We appreciate the positive impact our network providers make and want to make it as simple as possible for you to participate in our programs at the state level and transform healthcare—One Smile at a Time. 

PPO vs HMO – Our contracting remains the same regardless of whether the medical plan is an HMO or PPO. We administer dental benefits under a single fee-for-service model without additional mandates or administrative burdens. The only exception is that members with an HMO medical benefit do not receive dental benefits when receiving care from out of network providers.

Medicare Providers: Excluding MA, ME, MO, NC, NE, and NH, effective Jan. 1, 2024, dental administration for Medicare Advantage plans transitioned to a new administrator.
